So today we finished this phase of our biggest willow fence……. So now on day 12 (possibly!) – it’s taking shape, Chris is putting the rope top on before the uprights get neatened up: That’s 1,400 willow uprights – more statistics to follow…….

So, day 6. Doing this job in two parts – all scaffold poles for part one are now in……. Jono, Chris and Oliver have banged in 127 steel poles – nb the back support around Chris’ waist!! On the up side, this part of the fence is in an orchard and the apples are delicious!!
